Why do we have these rules?  

We've designed these to maximise participation, community and advance the group into the best (and most respected) OpFor within the NZ community.

If we vouch for you (and there's ten required to be part of the team), we’re partly responsible for you, remember that and act accordingly.

Teamwork

• Work together, pitch in. Many hands make light work, like proper socialists.

• Support and help each other.  The other guys are the enemy (in game).
   

Commit

• Be active (online and in person). Inactives will be removed but let us know if you need a break.

• Be honest.  If you can't get to an event, it's ok, but don't promise and ghost the team or consistently miss things you said you'd do.  Do we have to mention calling your hits and playing in the spirit of the game rules?

• Acquire the team uniform and equipment..

• Contribute.  Time, money, spare gear, ideas, leadership, admin, expertise. Frank's a tank, but even tanks need a crew.

Positive

• Respect each other.  This includes, time, equipment and  how people choose to live their lives.w o

• Fact based feedback is encouraged (speak up!) but...

  • Be cautious of negativity on our team pages.  Sure AK vs M4 is amusing, but slagging teams and people isn't.

  • No trolling on our team pages, you will be removed.

Education

• Learn and understand the field manual.

• Teach (or lead) if you've got a specific skill-set we can use on or off the field.
